We do reserve the right to not take on any project for any reason. The main reasons this would happen would be if the project promoted racism, sexism, exploitation, violence or crime, or any other illegal activities. But, service may also be declined on any grounds that we feel relevant, as stated here (don't worry--this probably doesn't apply to you!).

If physical products (CDs and/or contracts) are to be delivered, all packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and return receipt, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you need it overnight, we'll let you know what any additional fee is right upfront!

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, but we can accept other payment methods too. Just let us know what your needs are!
