These CDs are Out of Print because either they were a limited run promotional product or we’re no longer promoting these artists. We’ve not chosen to make them available digitally, however, we’ve been pointed in the direction of some of the songs being available on file sharing networks over the years, so they’re probably still out there somewhere.
Though we take illegal file sharing and copyright infringement very seriously (as all artists and musicians should!), we’re not mad at you if you’ve obtained these files in less-than-admirable ways. Our goal here at Serious Vanity Records is to make getting our music legally so easy and fun that you’ll never consider resorting to criminal behavior just to enjoy our tunes! You shouldn’t have to.
So, it’s a new day. If you feel like you need to clear your conscience with us and any of our music you may have (we like to call it a ‘digital cleanse’), you can do it here, no questions asked:
If you purchased a copy when they were available, or were sent one as a booking agent or reviewer, we don’t mind if you share those CDs (non-commercially) with anyone you think might like them. Feel free to encourage them to check back here for the new music we now have available!
